Because they have nothing to offer that's why they are aggressive in luring newbies. They do not have a reliable trading system that provides satisfaction to clients.

Because they have nothing to offer and beginners are easy to be trapped. They focus in recruiting newbies without giving them a demo account and other educational tools to increase the number of clients and attract more.
