My broker always notify me in case they need to change something related to my account. I think it's time for you to look for another broker.

All brokers have a disclaimer about that. It is always a norm of all business companies.

Have you read the disclaimer of your broker? I think you didn't read the agreement of your broker before you decides to open an account.
