Currency Intervention is one of the most important currency instruments for any state. To affect the rate of its national currency, the Central bank of a country either buy or sells currency or gold against other key world reserve currencies. State currency reserves are usually used for such interventions. Thanks to currency interventions, a currency’s rate is corrected.
