When an act of god occurs it means that something out of the human control such as natural disasters (typhoon, earthquake, hurricane) and accidents.

Inevitable, unpredictable, and unreasonably severe event caused by natural forces without any human interference, and over which an insured party has no control.

Acts of God are insurable accidents and valid excuses for non-performance of a contract.

An event that is outside of human control.

An event which is caused solely by the effect of nature or natural causes and without any interference by humans.
