EURUSD bear trend still dominates & failure to beat 1.2957/62 (we topped exactly here) saw us break 1.2920/15 but hold 12 pips above our buying opportunity at 1.2870/60. This is key support again today but longs need stops below 1.2840. We then look for 1.2795/85. Any further losses this week likely to test important support at last year’s low of 1.2755/45.Immediate resistance at 1.2925/30 but above here we retest the 3 day high at 1.2957/62. A break higher is a short term positive signal & should help to confirm a move towards 1.2986/96. Be aware that this area should hold a rally today but shorts here need stops above 1.3025 for a move towards 1.3040. Any further gains this week should target 1.3080/85 for a selling opportunity.
