Depends on a few things. If your stops are being hit around big news events, then some slippage (possibly even big slippage) is to be expected

If you are risk tolerant and you strongly believe in your strategy,then you can risk a minumum of 40% or more of your account.But if you are risk averse,then you should risk a maximum of 30% or less of your account
