I don't think a broker would allow you to get back your money after signing the agreement. Next time, do not invest your money if you cannot afford to lose.

Oh, once you accepted the trading Agreement of your broker, then it is no longer allowed to get back your money. Not unless it is broker's fault.

Oops.. Have you tried to review the TOS of your broker? I don't think it is allowed.
