Well of course day trading can be very profitable if the trader got good experience trading this market, but it require you to have very good skills of technical analysis and good understanding of market movement to achieve profits on daily basis.

no one or company can control the forex movement, because there is more than one share this market and just make little effect for example - Big Banks in a great economy countries ( USA- Japan- England- EURO region - australia - Canada .... etc) - the Borsa in this great countries as the borsa determine the daily size of trade in this country in goods and all human trades so this will be make its currency up or down - Multinational company or very Big company as it trade with more than one currency - small trader like you and me
