Make sure you know what you're doing. Never place unnecessary orders. Place an order in accordance with your strategic plan. Always check the losses vs the profit your profit.

it is very diffucult to have a proportionate trading because the movement is very unpredictable and we cannot calculate our profit. I can only suggest you to follow your trading plan and never exceed your trading.

It's real hard to proportionate your trades without good money management and self-discipline. If you really want to have a balance trading to proportionate your losses and gains, you need to educate yourself and seek advice from experts.

You should seek some advises from the Forex experts on how to manage your trading account well. The profit is not guaranteed in the Forex market industry, therefore, when you incurred heavy losses, you couldn't turn back time and request for a refund. All I can say is invest when you are ready and capable enough to manage your own account and of course, without a heavy heart in case your money will disappear because of your mistake.
