To maintain patience during trading we must trade with low risk. You will be patient because you will not lose much from the trade even if it goes bad. If you are not patient you might close a good trade too early and that will be painful.

In my opinion patience is a result that we could have especially from our trading experiences and from a lot of pressure and tension during our early trades.
