As long as you want, but you should keep in mind that if your position is still opened after 00:00 the fee (SWAP) will be paid or charged for each night while the position is kept opened.

You can hold your position for a month but that's not advisable due to the market volatility. Holding for a position for more than week doesn't give an assurance to have a profitable earning.
