How can you define a risky trader and a safe trader?

You can differ them from their money management. Risky trader usually aim for 100% profit or more. It makes their risk also become 100% which if they get loss then they will get MC easily. Safe trader only aim for 5-10% profit. It makes their trading safer and the pressure of trading is smaller
