Re-quotes can be reduced on the MT4 platform if you check the ‘Enable maximum deviation from quoted price’ box in the ‘New order’ window, and enter an appropriate value. This allows a user-defined window of discretion as to how much leeway can be accepted before a re-quote is offered. You may be filled at a worse price than the one on the screen, but your order will be executed as long as the price has not moved beyond what you are happy with.

The requote is quite normal and it cannot be controlled.
