Only the immediately family is allowed to claim the money of the late investor. If one of your investor died, I think you need to contact the family in order for them to file a claim.

No, the rebate is only given to your PAMM Manager. You won't get anything from it.

Nice question, one of the factors that could affect your account is withdrawal. Once you withdraw your earnings, make sure it is according to the rules of your broker.

I have a PAMM account and I entrusted my money to a PAMM manager who happened to by close friend. My broker doesn't have a limit when it comes to withdrawal of earnings. They allowed me to withdraw my profits regardless its amount.

Never do that. Your investors will no longer trust you or any PAMM managers.
